What floor plans are available?

 Here at the Union we offer spacious Studios, 1x1, 2x1,2x2 apartment homes.

How much does rent start at, and what is included in the rent?

Rents start at $1415, please reference our floor plans page for current pricing as this is subject to change.

What amenities are included in the apartments and throughout the community?

In the apartment we offer stainless steel appliances, A/C, Led Lights, Washer & Dryers. On the property we have a new Gym, Community Room, Outside terrace with BBQ's, Pet washing station, package lockers, bike storage, storage rooms, motorcycle parking.

Are your apartments pet-friendly? What are the pet policies, fees, and amenities?

We are pet friendly, $300 additional deposit and $35 pet rent, pet washing station (Dryer and grooming supplies available upon request at the office).

What lease terms are available? Do you offer short-term leases?

 We offer 12-14 month leases, we do not offer short term leases.

How do I schedule an in-person or virtual tour?

 You can call or email the office, we do accept walk ins as well, You can also schedule on our website.

How do I apply for an apartment? What are the application requirements and fees?

Applications can be done online throughout website at liveunionpdx.com or you can get a paper application from the leasing office. Application requirements are that you make a combined income of 2.5 times the rent, pass a background check, 24 months of verifiable rental history.

Is parking available for residents and guests?

 We have a parking garage that resident can rent, $225 for a single space and $325 for a tandem space. We do not have guest parking but there is street parking available.

What utilities are included, and which are the resident's responsibility?

Residents are responsible for garbage, water, sewer, common area electric and gas. (this is billed back on a formula each month). Also responsible for Electricity in their home.

Is the community gated or secured?

We are a secured building, residents have a Fob access.

What schools serve the community?

K-5 Buckman, Middle School Hosford, High School Cleveland.

What public transportation, highways, and commuter options are nearby?

We are located near the Max line and bus system. Also close to I-84 and I-5.

What restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and entertainment are nearby?

We are located in the event district of Portland. We are next to the Moda Center, veterans memorial coliseum, Oregon Convention Center. Close to a lot of restaurants, and cafes.

What parks, trails, and outdoor recreation are close to the community?

Parks - Holladay park, Peace Memorial park, Buckman Field, Oregon park. Trails/Outdoor Recreation- Eastbank Esplanade, Tom McCall Water front, Mt. Tabor, Rocky Butte Natural area.
