Guided Tour

For a guided tour come and meet with the leasing agent five minutes prior to your appointment in our central leasing office.

Self-Guided Tour

The safety and well-being of our team members, residents, and guests are our top priority. We are taking appropriate precautions to put safety first. If you or anyone you have been in contact with has experienced flu-like symptoms or had a positive exposure to COVID-19, we are requesting you to re-schedule this appointment for another time. 

The following outlines our requirements for self-guided tours. 

Before your appointment: 

  • Bring a valid government-issued photo ID. 
  • Bring face-covering/mask. Gloves are optional but recommended. 
  • All persons under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult. Tours are limited to two guests.  When you arrive: 
  • Call 503-232-3819 when you arrive at the community so we can buzz you into the Lobby meeting area. 
  • Please use the sanitizer when you enter and leave the community.
  • Please remember to sign in and out at the start and end of the appointment 
  • Please wear a face-covering/mask when entering the building.  
  • A valid government-issued photo ID with the self-guided tour agreement must be provided to the office staff at the designated enclosed box.
