Pet Policy

The Union is a pet friendly community. All pets are to be brought to our office for a pet interview/approval before allowed to stay on the property.  Please speak with our leasing team for full details.     
 Maximum 2 pets per apartment home with a max weight of 80lbs at full growth. 
Deposit and fees are required for all pets and are as follows: 
$300 deposit per pet
$25 month pet rent, per pet

• Tosa Inus
• Fila Brasilerios
• Presa Canarios
• Wolf Hybrids
• Chow Chow

• Ca De Bou/Mallorquin
• Thai Ridgeback

Please note that pure bred and/or any mixed form of the listed breeds are currently restricted at our community regardless of size.  Breed restrictions are subject to change without notice.
 
If more than one person is applying for this lease and you have a pet, please only list the pet on one application.
